Eight weeks, one skill: paying attention to what’s actually happening.

Most of what we call stress is really a mind that’s run away from the present moment — replaying the past, rehearsing the future, anywhere but here. Mindfulness isn’t about emptying your mind. It’s about noticing where it went, and coming back, over and over, until that becomes a skill instead of an accident.

This program is MBCT-based — Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, adapted for real life, not a clinical trial. Each week builds on the last: awareness, then regulation, then integration into how you actually move through your days.
