Cookie Policy
lydiahillcoaching.com
1. What cookies are
1.1Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels, tags and content loaded from third-party servers that can read or transmit information about your device or browser (for example your IP address), are treated like cookies in this policy.
1.2This Cookie Policy explains how PranaSomatics SL (Ur. Eagles Village, 6 1 Pta. 6, Edif. El Nogal, La Quinta Golf, 29679 Benahavís (Málaga), Spain, CIF B88979703, mail@pranasomatics.com) uses cookies and similar technologies on lydiahillcoaching.com, in accordance with Art. 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR, the guidance of the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) on the use of cookies and, for visitors in Germany, § 25 TDDDG.
2. How we ask for your consent
2.1When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Strictly necessary cookies are always active, because the website cannot work without them (Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE); we use all other cookies and external content only after you have consented (Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the banner is not consent.
2.2You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; the change takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of the use before. We store your choice and ask again after at most 24 months or when we change the cookies we use.
2.3You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some functions of the website (for example the shopping cart, checkout or login to member areas) may not work.
2.4Our consent banner is provided by Squarespace. Cookies and scripts that we have added ourselves (for example embedded forms, booking widgets, videos) are loaded only after your consent for the relevant category; if an embed cannot be blocked technically, we replace it by a link or by a preview that loads the content only after you click.
3. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always active)
Provider: Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Limited).
Purpose: security, load balancing, the shopping cart and checkout, login to member areas, fraud and abuse prevention and storing your cookie choice.
Examples: crumb, ss_cid, ss_cookieAllowed, SiteUserInfo (login).
Duration: from the end of the browser session up to two years.
Legal basis: exemption in Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics (only with consent)
Provider: Squarespace Analytics (Squarespace Ireland Limited).
Purpose: measuring visits and use of the website in aggregate, such as pages viewed, traffic sources, device type and approximate location.
Examples: ss_cvr, ss_cvt, ss_cvisit, ss_cpvisit.
Duration: from 30 minutes up to two years.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE).
Marketing (only with consent)
Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (Meta Pixel, pixel ID 811681580597305). Meta and we are joint controllers for the collection and transmission of the data (Art. 26 GDPR, Meta's Controller Addendum, see our Privacy Policy). Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Purpose: ad measurement and audiences. We measure the effect of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, build audiences of people who visited our pages and show our advertising to them. Meta receives your IP address, browser and device data, the page you visit, events (for example page views, clicks on booking or checkout buttons, the booking of a free info session and the sign-up for a free resource) and the cookie identifiers below, and can link them to your Facebook or Instagram account if you are logged in.
Cookies and durations:
- _fbp (first-party, our domain): recognises your browser on our website; 90 days, renewed on each visit;
- _fbc (first-party, our domain): stores the click identifier of a Meta ad that brought you to us; 90 days; set only after a click on such an ad;
- fr (Meta, domain facebook.com): used by Meta to deliver advertising and to measure its relevance; up to 3 months (90 days);
- entries in your browser's local storage that the pixel uses to remember the last external referrer; no fixed expiry.
Loading: the pixel is loaded only after you accept marketing cookies ("Accept all", or the marketing category under "Manage cookies"). Before your choice, after "Reject all" and while you have not decided, the pixel script is not loaded. If you accept later during your visit, the pixel starts at once, without a page reload. If you withdraw your consent under "Cookie settings", the pixel sends no further data and we delete its cookies on our domain where the browser allows it.
Calendly: the booking page of Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) may also use the Meta Pixel to measure booking conversions (visit of the booking page, choice of date and time, booked call). This happens only after you have consented to marketing cookies.
Transfers: Meta may transfer data to the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE; for visitors in Germany § 25(1) TDDDG).
External content and functional services (only with consent)
These services may set cookies or other identifiers, or transmit your IP address to the provider, when you use them:
- Kit (signup forms; Kit / ConvertKit LLC, USA): may set cookies to remember that you have seen or submitted a form and to prevent abuse
- Calendly (booking widget; Calendly LLC, USA): cookies for the session, security and preferences; with your marketing consent it may also use the Meta Pixel for booking conversions (see Marketing above)
- YouTube (videos, privacy-enhanced mode; Google Ireland Limited): cookies and device identifiers, set only when you play a video (for example for session and playback), typically from session to about 6 months
- Spotify (player; Spotify AB, Sweden): cookies and identifiers when you play audio
- Thinkific / Hill Campus (course platform; Thinkific Labs Inc., Canada): cookies of the course platform once you open or log in to it; these are governed by the platform's own cookie policy
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE).
Durations and cookie names of third parties are set by them and can change; please see their policies. Some cookies are only set when you interact with the embed.
